What are your organization’s responsibilities?
- Implement a harassment policy which has clear procedures for resolving harassment disputes;
- Communicate the policy to employees;
- Take proactive and remedial steps to ensure that the workplace is free from all forms of Harassment and Bullying;
- Create and maintain a working environment in which the dignity of employees is respected;
- Create and maintain workplace culture where complaints can be brought without the fear of reprisals; and
- Ensure that complaints are not trivialized or ignored.
